Order Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has left our premises, we are unable to accept any changes.

  • If you notice any errors in your order, please reach out to us via Instagram or email us at hello@pluscoffeejoint.com.

  • For any order modifications, please be aware that a small platform fee will apply for cancellations. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and you will receive a notification email once the refund has been completed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement.
