Order Exchange & Cancellation

We will not accept any order exchanges or cancellation once your order has left our shipping premises.

Contact the team via email or instagram message as soon as possible for order cancellation or any order changes.

Kindly note that you will have to absorb a small platform fee to cancel the order and refunds will be made via your mode of payment. A notification email will be sent once refund has been made and do allow a few working days for it to show up on your bank/card statement.
